“Some may know of me through my service as the PAVI Patient Advocate since 2020, and I am honored to have accepted the role of Executive Director at such an impactful nonprofit organization.
As a native Virgin Islander, it brings me great pleasure to serve PAVI and the people of the Virgin Islands. During my tenure as a patient advocate for PAVI, I built an array of relationships with patients, their families and healthcare professionals.
I’ve seen first-hand how difficult it can be for some patients to obtain the critical medications they need, and I take great pride in knowing that PAVI is the single non-profit resource in the Virgin Islands that helps patients obtain the medicines they need at zero cost to them. I witness how this program provides hope to patients in our community, and they are all truly grateful.
Patient Assist was founded on the principle that no one person should have to choose between their health and their daily living expenses. With the support of PAVI Board members, health professionals’ territory-wide, local and federal resources I am confident that PAVI will continue to stay true to our mission, as well as, expand our services to better serve patients in need. We are here to bridge the gap for those seeking assistance with accessing medication. And we are committed to the restoration and maintenance of a healthier and happier VI community, one patient at a time. PAVI chooses YOU!”
